CFUW ADVOCACY
CFUW advocacy is guided by the policies voted on by members at both Ontario Council and CFUW National annual general meetings. These policies come from the grassroots, i.e. local clubs who elect to research and draft resolutions which are submitted to CFUW National ˜and Ontario Council for review.
Our club’s March meeting includes discussion and approval, amendment or rejection of the year’s proposed resolutions. These resolutions are distributed to clubs in February.
The following CFUW National proposed resolutions are discussed and subjected to amendment and finally voted on at the CFUW AGM in June.
